Nasty Crawl Space Clean Up with CleanSpace in Stokes, NC

Challenge

Janet contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after being recommended by her exterminated due to high humidity and the floors of her home where starting to give. Janet wanted to install new flooring in the home, however with such high humidity and the floors of the home starting to give there was no way to install the new bamboo floors in the home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with Janet to find the best solution to fix the floor in the home so that she could lay the new bamboo floors. Randy found that by using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System we would be able to dry out the wood of the home, which should fix the soft moisture absorbed floors of the home. Our crew lead by Jason Hines installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo, SmartSump and a SaniDry CX. Janet is happy with the install that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did, and even more happy with the fact that we where able to help her so that she could have the new flooring installed in the home.
