Transforming a Crawl Space in Nags Head, NC

Challenge

Jason contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about part of him home that he thought had started to sink and he wanted to see what we do about encapsulating the crawl space of the home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edward met with Jason to go over the problems that he was experiencing with his home. Justin found that the homes problem stemed from high moisture damage in the crawl space of the home. Our crew installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System using our 20 mil CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, SmartSump and a SaniDry CX Dehumidifer. With our CleanSpace Encapsulation System we where able to dry out the wood of the home before we go back to the home to install SmartJack to fix the cracks of the home that had started to sag due to the high moisture levels. Jason is happy that he contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to fix the home correctly without the pressures to do it all at once.
