Challenge

When Chesa bought the home they had a basic plastic liner and dehumidifier, however she was still experiencing moisture problems in the crawl space and wanted the best solution.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair found that the crawl space of the home was not properly sealed and was allow moisture into the crawl space from the earths floors. We full encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo, SmartSump, SaniDry CX and Custom Built Door.
