Challenge

Josh contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about damp place in the insulation especially around the HVAC ducts and insulation. There was also mold in the crawl space and he wanted to see how Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair could help him

Solution

Our inspector Graham Moore met with Josh to go over the crawl space and find the best solution for his particular problem. Graham found that Josh would benefit from our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System which seals off the crawl space from water vapor and outside elements. Josh is happy that he went with SEFR for his crawl space needs.
