Major contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he discovered a rotting spot in the floor of his home. After his discovery he crawled the crawl space of his home and found standing puddles of water, falling insulation and possible mold in the crawl space.

Solution

With the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal off the crawl space from all outside water sources along with keeping the crawl space of the home at the same humidity as the home.
