Challenge

Lori contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair in search of someone to do debris removeal and to see why the floors of her home were starting to sag. We found that the home had a substational amount of debris that needed to be removed from falling insulation, an old vapor barrier and parts of an old HVAC ducts that had been previously replaced. The floors of the home had started to sag due to a high amount of moisture content in the crawl space that had started to rot the wood of the floor joist.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to assist Lori with her crawl space clean up by removing the debris in the crawl space, leveling out the dirt and installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System in the home along with installing the SmartJack Stablizing System and Smart Beams to Stablize the floor joist and raise the floors back level in the home. Lori is thrilled with not only how clean her crawl space is but with how we where able to stablize and raise the floors of her home back level.
