Challenge

Allison contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about sagging floors in the kitchen area of the home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector RJ Bailey met with Allison to go over the crawl space and to see why she was experiencing problems. RJ found that the wood in the crawl space was saturated with water and had started to give, but my doing a CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we would be able to reverse the damage to the wood by remove the moisture stabilizing the wood from future problems. Our crew led by Pedro Mateo installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System using the 20 mil CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, SmartSump, SaniDry Sedona along with spraying the wood with Mold-X 2 to get rid of existing mold in the crawl space.
