Installing a CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System in Carthage, NC

Challenge

Chris contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about high humidity and moisture problem in the crawl space of this home in Carthage, NC. He had never noticed standing water in the crawl space, but knew that he had a moisture problem due to falling fiberglass insulation. 

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector, Mike Varano, met with Chris to inspect the crawl space to find the best possible solution to rid the crawl space of moisture. Mike found that the home was experiencing issues from water vapor entering the crawl space from the earth's ground, and the best solution would be to seal the crawl space with the CleanSpace. When installing the CleanSpace encapsulation System, we seal the crawl space with our patented vapor barrier liner, drainage matting, SaniDry Sedona and a SmartSump Sump Pump System. We where able to take care of Chris's moisture issues. Chris is thrilled that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to fix his moisture issues with a great products and a timely fashion.
