Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with Louis to go over the crawl space of his home. Randy found that Louis problems were coming from water vapor entering the crawl space from the ground along with along the primeter of the home from the foundation walls, the best solution would be to install the a high grade vapor barrier system like the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System and the EZ Flow Waterproofing System. Our crew lead by Larry Eldridge installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System using the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner that has a antimicrobial protection built into the liner, along with CleanSpace Drainage Matting that water entering the crawl space a channel underneath the liner to drain. He also installed the EZ Flow System that catch water entering the crawl space though the foundation walls and drains to the SmartSump System.
