Protecting a Crawl Space with CleanSpace in Tabor City, NC

Angela contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture levels in the crawl space of her home in Tabor City, NC. She had previously lived in a home with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed and when she moved into her current home she noticed that the electric bill was higher and wanted to have the crawl space encapsulated to make the home more energy efficient.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector RJ Bailey met with Angela to go over the crawl space. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System using the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo, SaniDry Sedona, SmartSump and a custom built door. Angela is thrilled with the outcome that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did to protect her home.
