Installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation System in Ash, NC

Challenge

Angela contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture issues and high humidity in her home in Ash, NC. The crawl space of the home never had a vapor barrier installed and there was debris littering the crawl space floor.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector RJ Bailey met with Angela to go over the crawl space of the home. RJ found that the crawl space did indeed have high moisture and humidity cause by not having the crawl space sealed and with the vents open to the crawl space. We sealed off the crawl space with the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, we also sealed the vents, and installed a sump pump and the world smallest and most efficient dehumidifier the SaniDry Sedona. Angela is thrilled with the craftsmanship that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did to protect her home against problems associated with high moisture and humidity.
