Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: CleanSpace Clean Up in Engelhard, NC

Dawn contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about the foundation of her home settling. The walls and the floor were separating and she wanted to know the best way to fix her home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space inspector Randy Johnson met with Dawn and found the best solution would be in do an crawl space encapsulation and SmartJacks. Dawn is thrilled with the out come of the home after SEFR fixed her home.

SmartSump and SaniDry CX Installed

This crawl space had moisture issues and the only permanent fix was with our SaniDry CX Dehumidifier and a SmartSump to get the moisture out of the crawl space.

SmartJacks and CleanSpace

Due to the high moisture levels in the crawl space the walls and the floors had started to separate but with the help of our SmartJack System and Crawl Space Encapsulation to dry out the wood we where able to get the floors back level in the home.
