Hope contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the hardwood floors of her home where swelling and started to have problems. After having the company who installed the floors assess the problem, they suggested having a vapor barrier installed. They found that the crawl space has a high moisture content, which was causing problems to the floors. We were able to help Hope by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace system is designed to stop water vapor from entering the crawl space and eventually in the home that can cause problems like swollen hardwood floors, mold and odors.
