Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Transforming a Crawl Space in Tabor City, NC

Patricia contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerning high moisture levels and structural damage that had been done by termites at her home in Tabor City, NC. She had also been experiencing flooring issues that she thought was caused by the high moisture levels in the crawl space, she wanted the best solution to fix the area and dry out the crawl space. RJ found that Patricia's problems were caused by high moisture that was entering the crawl space from the earth's ground. RJ suggested that we install the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, to completely seal off the crawl space from the earth's ground. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to prevent water entering the crawl space from the earth's ground. By encapsulating the crawl space we are able to seal off the crawl space with a the waterproof CleanSpace Liner, along with protect the foundation walls with the SilverGlo Insulation Panels that renders the insulation at the floor joist useless. We also installed the SmartSump Sump Pump System along with a SaniDry Sedona to pull any moisture out of the crawl space and pumped into the yard.
