Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Cleaning up a Dirty Crawl Space in Spring Lake, NC

Bunolo contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after doing research online on how to get rid of high moisture levels in the crawl space of her home. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Bunolo to go over the crawl space to find the best solution for her home.  Justin found that the crawl space had signs of high moisture and that the home would benefit from having the CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed. Pedro and his crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System using the 20 mil CleanSpace Liner along with CleanSpace Drainage Matting. By installing the Liner and matting we are able to protect the crawl space from moisture entering from the earth. We also installed a SmartSump Sump Pump System along with a Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the crawl space nice and dry.
