The problem that Jeff was experiencing came from the fact the moisture that was making its way into the crawl space since the vapor barrier did not fully encapsulate the area could not escape so the only place it had to go was into the wood causing the issues that Jeff was experiencing. We installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to completely seal the crawl space off from moisture, then we installed the Sedona Dehumidifier System making sure that any water that did make its way into the crawl space would be filtered out.
