Justin foundation that Melissa's problems were coming from the earth's ground, and even though the home was on the high ground she lived close to a small creek and the moisture was seeping into the crawl space due to the fact that she was so close to the creek.

Sealing off the Crawl Space from the Earth's Soil
One of the ways that water and moisture are let into the crawl space is from the earth's soil. With the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal off the crawl space which will lower the humidity and moisture level that can cause problems such as wood rot.
