Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Sealing off a Crawl Space in Wilmington, NC

Katherine contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair just after purchasing her home in Wilmington, NC. She had been told by the previous owners that there had been a moisture issue and they had a vapor barrier installed. Katherine did not trust what the previous owners had done and wanted a second opinion. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Ben Daniels met with Katherine to go over the crawl space.  Ben found during his inspection that the liner of the vapor barrier that was installed was prone to being ripped and in several spots the liner was missing, also the dehumidifier that was installed had stopped working and either needed to be fixed or replaced.
