Bobbie contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about previous work that had been done. The work was not completed properly and had caused flooring issues within the home. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Ben met with Bobbie to go over the crawl space to address the issues that he was having. Ben found that the old work that was done was to completed properly and the best solution would be to install the Smart Jack System to stabilize the flooring along with encapsulating the crawl space to prevent any other issues from happening in the future with wood rot problems.
