Andy found that the moisture problems in the crawl space were steaming from the earth's ground. Due to the area being near water the natural moisture level in the foundation was extremely high. Next, we leveled out the crawl space and installed the SilverGlo Insulation Panels. We then wrapped the piers with the CleanSpace Liner and Layed the liner on the ground. we also installed the Sedona Dehumidifier and Smart Sump System to keep the crawl space nice and dry.
