Crawl Space Repair - HVAC ducts exposed

The crawl space of this home had HVAC ducts that were exposed to the outside air allow hot air to come in the summer and cold air in the winter. Because the HVAC ducts were exposed to the outside air temperature they had signs of condensation on them.
