Jeremie found that parts of the crawl space were covered with a vapor barrier while other parts of the crawl space were open ground. The home was not protected to moisture entering the crawl space from the earth's ground. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal the crawl space from the earth's ground that causes moisture to enter the home causing problems such as wood rot and mold.
