Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Water Intrusion Problem Solved in New Bern, NC

  We received a call from a listing agent from New Bern, NC who was interested in scheduling a free crawl space repair estimate with one of our design experts. Recently, the agent had an inspection of the home in question, but the proposal wasn't in line with the description of the true crawl space issues. As a result, the agent wanted to make sure they were getting an accurate assessment of the crawl space so that they could best advise their seller on the most viable repair option. We used special spray foam insulation to insulate the walls of the crawl space, providing an additional layer of protection against moisture damage. In order to remove water from the crawl space and away from the foundation of the home, a SuperSump pump system was installed. On the floor and on the crawl space walls, CleanSpace vapor barrier was fastened. With CleanSpace, water won't seep in through the walls or come in through the dirt crawl space floor. Finally, a SaniDry dehumidifier was installed to help control the moisture and humidity levels in the crawl space, creating a healthier environment and protecting the foundation of the home.       Both the listing agent and homeowners were thrilled to know they could sell their house safely after crawl space repairs.
