Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Foundation and Crawl Space Issues Repaired in Bolivia, NC

In Bolivia, NC, a home inspection revealed a couple of problems that needed to be addressed before a potential property purchase could be finalized. To provide adequate stabilization and support, the crew installed a steel supplemental beam with SmartJack support posts. The steel supplemental beam and SmartJack support posts provide additional structural support to the floor joists and prevent them from sagging or collapsing. The SaniDry Seonda helps to reduce humidity levels in the crawl space, thus preventing mold and mildew growth. The custom crawl space door helps to keep out pests and other outdoor elements from entering the crawl space.   After the project was completed, the customer was thrilled to know they could buy the home and not have to worry about crawl spaces or foundation issues! The project had addressed any potential issues that could arise with the home's foundation and crawl spaces, which the customer was relieved to hear. This meant they could purchase the home with peace of mind, knowing that any potential issues had been taken care of.
