He crawled into the crawl space of his home and found that the crawl space had high moisture level, and that there was wood rot and failing support beams. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help fix the home by installing the SmartJack System after replacing the rotted wood in the home. We also installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to get rid of the problem that was causing the wood rot.

This home for sale in Wallace, NC had a corner of the home that had started to sink.
