Crawl Space Encapsulation in Rocky Point, NC

Challenge

Luann of Rocky Point noticed her floors were unlevel and there was a musty smell coming from her crawl space. After searching the web she found Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair and called to get an expert opinion. We sent one of our expert System Design Specialists to her home for a free inspection. 

Upon checking the crawl space, our System Design Specialist was able to show Luann exactly what was causing that musty odors along with a few other issues. The moisture content in the crawl space was notably high, causing mold and the beginning of wood rot.

Smartjacks, sister joists and supplemental beams were installed to correct the sagging floors. The CleanSpace encapsulation was installed to improve the space and stop the progression of mold and rot.
