Nasty Crawl Space Gets A New Look, Leland NC

Teresa B. of Leland noticed a few cracks in the walls of her home and was concerned that her house was settling. She called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to get our expert opinion. We sent one of our expert System Design Specialists out to her home for a free inspection. 

Carl is the System Design Specialist who inspected the home. During the inspection, Carl could see the cracks in the walls that Teresa was concerned about. The walls appeared to be sagging. This Leland home's foundation was definitely settling. In the crawl space, Carl noticed that mold spores were growing on the wood beams. A high moisture content was present.

After the inspection, Carl was able to show Teresa exactly what was causing the foundation settlement, along with a few other issues that needed to be addressed quickly.
