Challenge
Sag and bounce in floors in the home.
Solution
SmartJacks with supplemental beans are a great permanent solution for sagging floor joists in a crawl space. Floor joists can sag over time for a variety of reasons including moisture, span is too long or significant additional weight has been added. A supplemental beam supported by SmartJacks solves this problem and takes bounce out of the floors.
