Fixing Foundation Problems in Princeton, NC

Challenge

Gary called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after having problems with a sinking floor and a wet crawl space that had previously been worked on but never seemed to fix the issues. After finding Southeast online he gave us a call to see if we could fix the home with a more permanent solution.

Solution

Our expert crew led by Anthony completed the the sagging floor repairs by installing our SmartJack System in the crawl space. The crew first supported the problematic area, then removed the old rotted beams and replaced them with new beams.

Along with the permanent solution to fix the sagging floors, Gary had our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System installed by Larry Eldridge and his team to prevent moisture in his crawl space to keep the wood from rotting in the future. Gary is now happy to a stable home and the peace of mind knowing that there will not long be wood rot by moisture in his crawl space.
