Allen contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about the sagging floors in his home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Allen and his wife to go over the best solutions to fix the home. Patrick found that the sagging floors where due to beams and floor joist that had deteriorated over time from high moisture levels under the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to make the repairs to the broken floor joists and installed our SmartJack System along with our CleanSpace System to insure the home would not have any more problems. Allen and his wife can now live comfortably in their home knowing there will not be any more problems.

AFTER - CleanSpace Encapsulation done to the crawl space of the home with our 10 mil liner and SilverGlo insulation.
