Challenge

Helen contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about cracks that she was experiencing in the ceiling of her home along with cracks on the exterior of her brick home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair Inspector Randy Johnson met with Helen to go over what was going on with her home in order to find the best solution to fix the home. Our crew led by George Herring installed 3 Smart Jacks, with Supplemental Beam along with 3 Push Piers to stablize the home. Helen is overall happy with the work that SEFR provided to her to help fix the home.
