Charles contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about a rental home in Grifton , NC. The home had started to experience cracks on both the outside and inside of the home and Charles wanted to know how the cracks could be fixed.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Charles to go over the best solution for fixing the cracks. Chris found that the home was suffering from rotting wood and the wood beams in the home started to give, due to settling of the home. Our crew led by Chris Hunter installed our SmartJack System in the crawl space of the home to reinforce the beams of the crawl space with our SmartJacks and Steel Beams.
