Challenge

John contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about sloping floors, cracks on the interior and exterior walls of the home, and gaps between the existing piers in the crawl space.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help John with his problematic home with the SmartJack Steel Support System. We were able to stabilize and level the floors in the home by installing supplemental beam and SmartJack Assembly. The SmartJack System is tested and rated to support loads more than 60,000 lbs. With the system we are able to life the floors and walls back to their original position. John is thrilled with the outcome of the home.
