Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Joseph with the uneven floors by installing the SmartJack Stabilizer System. The SmartJack System is a steel support system that is used to stabilize and level the girders and floor joist in the crawl space of the home. The SmartJack Systems had been rated to support loads of more than 60,000 lbs, making it an ideal system to stabilize the sagging floors of the home.
