Bennie contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the floors in his kitchen had started to sag, He wanted to floors to be fix properly the first time and done the right way. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Bennie to see what was causing the floors of the home to start to sag. Graham found that some of the beams of the home had started to give and the best solution to fix the sagging floors were with our Smart Jack System. Our crew lead by George Herring installed 8 Smart Jacks and Power Beam in the crawl space of the home. Bennie is extreamly happy with the out come of having no more sagging floors in his kitchen.
