We were able help Hannah with the sinking foundation of her home by installing the Sttel Push Pier System along the foundation of her home in Ether, NC. The Push Pier System are steel push piers that are driven all the way to the bedrock or a stable soil layer that stablizes the foundation of the home along with given the best opportunity to life the home back towards it original position.

We were able to install a Push Pier by removing concrete along the porch and install a Push Pier then re- concreting the porch back.
Stablizing the Porch
The back porch of the home had started to shift along with the rest of the home, so Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed a push pier on the porch to stabilize it along with the rest of the home.
