Foundation Repair Photo Album: Fixing Sagging Floors and Moisture Issues in Wilmington, NC

Frank and his wife Joan contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because their 23-year-old home had developed sagging floors in several rooms on the first floor of the home.  Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy Pittman met with Frank and Joan to find out what was going on in the home to cause the sagging floors and to find the best solution to fix it. Andy found that the floors of the home had started to sag due to the high moisture content in the wood that had to cause the wood to soften and start to give. The best solution to fix these issues would be to install the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to dry out the wood to stop the progression of the wood deteriorating and to stabilize and lift the floors back level with the SmartJack Stabilization System.
