Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Gary to go over the crawl space of his home to find out what was causing his issues. Graham found that the floors of the home had dropped due to excessive moisture had saturated the wood and made it soft and that the best solution would be to seal off the crawl space with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with installing Smart Jacks and Supplemental Beam to stabilize and raise the floors back level.
