Foundation Repair Photo Album: Fixing a Dirty Crawl Space in Clinton, NC

This homeowner contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he wanted to install hardwood floors in his home but he had been told that he would not be able to have them installed until a slop in the floors were fixed. Southeast Foundation inspector Justin Edwards met with Ben to go over the problems and find the best solution. Justin found that the homeowner's issues were caused by a combination of issues that needed to be addressed. The wood in the home showed significant amount of damage caused by high moisture issues. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal off the crawl space from moisture entering the area along with the SmartJack System to stabilize and raise the floors back level.
