Foundation Repair Photo Album: Fixing Sagging Floors and Encapsulating a Crawl Space in Lumberton, NC

David contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after wanting to get new hardwood floors in his home in Lumberton, NC. During the inspection with the flooring company, they were advised that the floors where sinking and that they could not install the new floors until the issues were fixed. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Todd met with David to go over the crawl space and to see what was going on with the sagging floors along with treating the source that caused the sagging floors. Todd found that the issues were caused by moisture damage and the best solution would be to seal the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation. To fix the issue with the sagging floors, we used the Smart Jack Stabilization System.  David is extremely happy with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect his home and now can have the new floors installed.
