Jesse found that due to high moisture and humidity levels the wooden floor joist had started to give from wood rot. Our crew lead by Pedro installed the system, starting with cleaning the crawl space of any debris, next they dug out where the Smart Jack Stabilization System would be placed and filled in the footers with concrete and rock. Next, they installed the Smart Jack System. They then went to work that installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.
