Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Helical Pier Installation in Fremont, NC

For the Union Grove Church in Fremont, NC, we provided a free foundation repair estimate after a referral from a friend.During the foundation assessment conducted by Justin Stanely, one of our Design Specialists, cracks were found in the building's exterior and interior walls.These cracks were indicative of foundation settlement, which can be caused by soil erosion, improper installation of the foundation, or even a change in the moisture content of the soil. In order to provide sufficient stabilization for the church, Justin recommended a permanent solution that would resolve these issues. The solution was to install foundation helical piers to the church's foundation. The helical piers would essentially act as anchors that lock the foundation into the ground, making it more resistant to movement caused by factors such as soil erosion. Before scheduling a date for the repair, Justin explained the installation process in detail to the customer and answered any questions they had. Foreman Austin H., and his crew of foundation repair experts installed (3) helical piers on the exterior of the foundation. The helical piers, once secured, stabilized the foundation, ensuring the church was safe and secure for many years to come.
