Foundation Repair Photo Album: Water Damaged Floor Joists and Subfloor Repair In Goldsboro, NC

A homeowner in Goldsboro, NC contacted our office to help alleviate their sagging floor problem as well we sticking doors and windows. After assessing the floors, our team ventured to the crawl space only to discover the floor joists were severely damaged by moisture that caused the floor to sag. Additionally, they sistered the weakened joists with number lumber and removed and replaced the subfloor above that were also damaged due to water damage.
