Cleanspace Vapor Barrier with Smart Jacks

Challenge

Home owner contacted office concerned with moisture and mold in crawlspace. Also noticing flooring problems on the inside of home.

Solution

Inspector Josh Speckhart met with customer and advised that flooring issues were stemming from pier settlement under home and also major water and moisture issues in crawlspace. We proposed to install a cleanpace system with sump pump and dehumidifier. For the flooring issues we advised smart jacks for extra support of pier settlement. Mr. Anthony Futrell and his crew installed the cleanspace system with smart jacks and steel beams for home owner. Home owner was pleased with the results and very happy with the crew and inspector.
