Nora contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns of moisture and sagging floors at her home in Cove City, NC.
Andy, one of our design specialists, inspected the home. After the inspection, Andy proposed to Nora to encapsulate the crawlspace due to a lot of moisture. Then after that they will do a second phase and address the sagging floors. Nora agreed and was ready to have the project started.
Our crew led by Jose H., started with removing debris and insulation. Next they did the Mold-X2 Remediation. Last they installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System which consist of, Sealing Vents, Drainage Matting, Wrap Piers, 20 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo Insulation, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, LawnScape Outlet, and Custom Crawl Space Door.
Nora was very pleased with the work SEFR did to Help protect her American Dream.
By encapsulating your crawlspace, you prevent moisture intrusion, improve air quality, and save energy. Our crawl space encapsulation ensures long-term mold, mildew, and structural damage protection.
This customer had major issues with slooping floors and cracks in her walls so we suggested our Smart Jack system to stabalize her home in Beulaville, NC.
To prevent moisture from entering the crawl space, our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier system was installed on the floor, piers, and walls.
The crawl space encapsulation process seals your crawl space from outside air and moisture. By encasing the walls and floor of the crawl space in a waterproof material such as CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and SilverGlo Insulation, the encapsulation process prevents moisture from entering the space and damaging the structure of the home. It also helps to regulate the temperature and humidity in the space, creating an overall healthier environment.
