Elizabeth contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing one of our trucks at a neighbors home. After checking out the crawl space after the project was complete she was extremely impressed with the look of the crawl space. After doing some research and finding out the benefits of the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System she was ready to move forward. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System using the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner. 

Michael noticed a few cracks in the wall inside of his home. He contacted Southeast Foundation & received our expert opinion. The home was built in 1976 and the foundation was being supported by the classic *block and wood* method. Throughout the years the home started to settle and started showing signs of settlement on the interior and exterior.
