This customer in New Bern, NC had floor sagging problems and floors with bounce. Our inspector determined that the main support beam needed to be replaced and our Smart Jack System to fix the sagging floors and make the home safe. 

This house in New Bern, NC had some serious foundation issues. The main support beam of the home had cracked and was giving way. The home owner called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair and our inspector recommended that we add a new steel beam as a support and smart jacks. Cliff contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the crawl space of his home had standing water after having another company install just a sump pump. We where able to help Cliff by sealing off the crawl space with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System and installing a SaniDry CX Dehumidifier and a SmartSump Sump Pump System. Art contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about water that was entering the basement of his home in New Bern, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy Pittman met with Art to go over the problems and concerns to find the best possible solution for the home. Andy found that the water was entering the basement from the basement walls and the best solution would be to install the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System. By installing the WaterGuard System we are able to catch the water when it entering the basement, direct it to the Triple Safe Sump Pump System and then out of the home.
