John contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with moisture issues that had caused the wood floors of his Sanford, NC home start to cup. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Todd met with John to go over the crawl space of John's home to find the best solution for his issues. Todd found that John's issues where coming from the fact that the vapor barrier that was installed did not completely seal the crawl space from the Earth's ground. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By sealing the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair can prevent water from entering the foundation walls and from the Earth's ground. John is happy with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect his American Dream.
The SmartJack adjustable steel support posts are designed to be placed under sagging beams, providing supplemental support and preventing them from further sagging. This can help improve the structural integrity of the crawl space and ensure that the floor is properly level.
This customer's foundation sank due to soil settlement. We installed foundation push piers around the foundation to transfer the weight of the structure to more solid ground and stabilize it permanently.
To intercept water at the wall/floor joint, we installed our WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. Water will then be directed to the TripleSafe Sump System to ensure this basement remain dry!
Jesse contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing one of our ad's in the paper. Jesse was experiencing water coming into his basement when it rained. SEFR inspector Graham Moore met with Jesse and found that the basement would benefit from our WaterGuard System along with a TrenchDrain to catch and remove any water that tired to enter the home. Jesse and his wife are happy with the results that the WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are doing to keep their basement dry.
