SilverGlo insulation works to insulate a crawl space by creating a thermal barrier that prevents heat transfer. It is made of rigid foam insulation with a reflective surface, which helps to block heat flow and maintain a consistent temperature. We installed a Triplesafe sump pump to ensure the homeowner's crawl space stays completely dry. This system is designed with three levels of protection, so even if one pump fails or there's a power outage, the backup pumps kick in to prevent flooding. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair replaced the old, thin and failing vapor barrier with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. Unlike the old 6mil liner vapor barrier the CleanSpace System is a 20 mil thick liner with antimicrobial properties built in to prevent mold and mildew growth. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to separate the problem of the earth's ground from entering the home.
