Mr. Tan contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture levels in the crawl space of his home due to hanging insulation at his home in Leland, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Maurice met with Mr. Tan to go over to crawl space to find the best solution to fix his issues. We scheduled for one of our design specialist, Brannon  to go out and do an inspection. After the inspection, Brannon met with Michael to discuss what he found and what would be the best solution for his crawl space. Brannon proposed for Michael to have an encapsulation done.

As the joists in the crawl space sag due to age, moisture, mold, or pest damage, the floors above them will also sag. It results in uneven or "bouncy" floors in the living area.
