Michael called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair as a first time home owner who wanted his crawl space check. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Chris Hunter met with Michael to go over the crawl space. Hunter found that the crawl space even though it seemed dry was full of moisture that could lead to mold growth if not taken care of. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair's crew led my  Larry Eldridge installed a Clean Space Encapsulation System to ensure that the crawl space would be dry. Michael is now happy to know that his new home will be taken care of for many years to come.

Our crew led by EJ, started by sealing the vents and removing all debris from the crawlspace. Next, they installed 10mil Clean Space Liner with SilverGlo on the walls. After, they installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
